Purple 5k Walk

On July 30th 2017, 19 women took part in another 5K charity walk to raise money for school uniforms and stationery for the Al-Kawthar orphans in Iraq.

This took place in Cassiobury Park on a Sunday morning where we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and one another’s company followed by a scrumptious breakfast in Giraffe, a local café.

After a week of rain, we were blessed with amazing weather Alhamdulillah which created an ambience full of excitement, joy and enthusiasm. We would like to thank the incredible women who participated in this event and the generous donors who sponsored them; this wouldn’t have been possible without you.
