Al-Kawthar would like to thank the Spiritual Journeys Group for initiating the idea of raising funds for Orphans in their recent ziarah group. Zawwars were requested to bring a gift for Orphans for the upcoming Eid ul Fitr. We received amazing clothes, socks, baby items, bags, and even chocolates and sweets.
This is the second time the Spiritual Journeys group has taken Al-Kawthar Project on board and we appreciate this kind gesture from the group and the zawwars.
The Orphans were delighted to receive the chocolates and sweets.
The clothes and other items will be given to them on Eid.
The cash raised will also be used to buy more gifts for Orphans and Cash envelopes (Eidiya) will be given to each Orphan.
We thank the zawwars for their kind donations and we pray Allah to reward them for their generosity.
One of the door that Allah has opened to gain big rewards in the month of Ramadan is through sadaqa (giving charity/alms). Islam always advise it’s followers to give plenty of charities, especially during the month Ramadan
